The amount of credit granted by Infonavit depends on age and salary. The most you can pay a worker the Institute is 180 times minimum wage (VSM ), which currently amount to $ 266,322.24.
The minimum score required to be eligible for credit is 116 points and these are obtained according to age, salary, number of employer contributions, length of employment, balance of the sub- housing and voluntary savings.

* The house you choose should not exceed $ 517,848.80 from (350 VSM) in Mexico City and $ 443,870.40 (300 VSM) in the interior of Mexico.
* Be INFONAVIT, regarding labor laws.
* Meet the required minimum score of 116 points.
* Not having a credit INFONAVIT.
Marital credits
Infonavit is a credit to where a married couple can pool their credit to obtain a higher loan amount.
It is a basic requirement for this type of loan that has at least 12 bimesters with continuous contributions.
