The building will continue the momentum of recovery in the construction industry in the last quarter of 2011, but based on the construction of different housing sectors, said an analysis of the research service of BBVA Bancomer.

During the third quarter of the year ( July and August data from the same period last year), the building has grown 7.4% annually in real terms, already two quarters above the growing construction sector, suggesting to continue to contribute to building construction growth and recovery in 2012.

According to the analysis of the leading financial institution in Mexico, “components of shops and services, industrial and offices have grown throughout the year and in the last quarter at rates greater than 30 % annual real return. What has also led to increase its relevance, moving slightly to the house, inside the building and underpinning the growth of it. The schools also maintain growth above 20 % annual real return, while the construction of hospitals improved their performance. ” Housing as a whole has the highest participation in the building, with just over 50 %, while the commercial sector, industrial and office contributes about 30 %, while schools, hospitals and recreation contribute the remainder.
